These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at vorsprunggarage.com (the "Site"), operated by Vorsprung Garage ("we," "us," or "our"), an owner-operated mobile European automotive repair service based in Lake Arrowhead, California. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes only. It describes the services offered by Vorsprung Garage and provides a way to contact the business by phone or text message. Use of the Site does not, by itself, create a customer relationship, a service contract, or any obligation to perform work. Any actual automotive repair work is governed by a separate written agreement between Vorsprung Garage and the customer at the time of service.

2. No Binding Quotes from the Site

Price ranges, service descriptions, and estimates published on the Site are illustrative and non-binding. Actual pricing for any service depends on the specific vehicle, parts availability, scope of work, travel distance within the service area, and conditions discovered during diagnosis. A firm written estimate will be provided directly to the customer before any repair work is performed, and no work will begin without the customer's authorization.

3. No Professional Advice

Content on the Site is general in nature and is not a substitute for a hands-on inspection by a qualified technician. Do not rely on the Site to make decisions about whether a particular vehicle is safe to drive, suitable for purchase, or in need of immediate repair. Contact us directly for an evaluation.

4. Service Area and Availability

Mobile service is offered throughout Lake Arrowhead, the surrounding San Bernardino Mountain communities, and most of the Inland Empire. Outlying locations are accommodated case-by-case. Availability, scheduling, and the ability to perform a given service on-site are not guaranteed by the Site and are confirmed at the time of booking. Severe weather, road closures, or safety conditions may require rescheduling.

5. Operating Hours and Response Times

The operating hours shown on the Site (Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific) are the standard scheduling window for new appointments and customer communication. We make a good-faith effort to keep these hours, but they are not guarantees of availability or response:

• Hours may change without prior notice due to existing job commitments, travel within the service area, weather, road conditions, illness, or other operational realities of a single-technician mobile business.
• Holiday hours, observed federal and state holidays, and personal closures may vary and are not separately published on the Site.
• Calls, texts, voicemails, and emails received during or outside posted hours are not promised a response within any specific timeframe. Off-hours messages may receive a response outside the standard window, but no such response is guaranteed.
• Time-sensitive matters (vehicle stranded, safety concerns, etc.) should be communicated by voice call, not text or email, to maximize the chance of timely contact.

Vorsprung Garage is not liable for any loss, delay, inconvenience, or consequential damage arising from a delayed, missed, or non-existent response to any communication, or from a change in operating hours.

6. Contact and Communications

The Site provides a telephone number for voice and text communication and an email address. When you call, text, or email us, you may share information voluntarily (such as your name, location, vehicle details, and description of the issue). We use that information solely to discuss and provide service. We do not operate marketing lists, email newsletters, or automated outreach. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply to SMS.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, logos, graphics, layout, code, and the "Vorsprung Garage" name — is the property of Vorsprung Garage or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, share, and reference the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use Site content for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Vehicle marque names (BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Volkswagen, Mini, and others) are the property of their respective owners; we use them solely to describe the brands we service.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party services (for example, a Google review page). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices of third-party sites. Linking does not imply endorsement.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. Warranties applicable to actual repair work performed by Vorsprung Garage, if any, are addressed separately in the written service agreement provided at the time of service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vorsprung Garage and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Liability for any direct damages arising from use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid to access the Site, which is zero. This limitation does not affect statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vorsprung Garage and its owner from any claim, liability, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Site is the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
